'Don't book. The worst of the worst. False advertising! No white sand, no sound proof room, no restaurant on site, and no help when there is problems. Yes it's cheaper, because it's dirty and advertise untrue. A towel rack on the ground in the room, the mini fridge leaked, the ceiling fan wouldn't turn off, a stove and filth in the hallway etc. I have pics. They say sound proof room, I have multiple recordings of how loud the music is next door in the room. I tried to resolve the problem and...

'We were choosing between this property and Ocean Club West and chose wrong sadly.
From the start it was sub par, the transport from the airport failed to show after a 30 min wait and we had to join the taxi line.
We had a room the 1st night where there were people partying 2 doors down despite being asked to stop. I was woken at 2:38am by the smoke alarm because they were illegally smoking. I had to go to the front desk at 3am due to the banging and partying.

'I am so content with my decision to stay here. The staff were friendly always helpful and professional. The rooms and facility were always being unkept. Their swim up bar and quick access to the beach was insanely perfect. Probably turning this to my yearly visit spot to vacation. '

'This is a very nice resort and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable stay. It is not luxury but you get what you pay for. I consider the resort to be great for families, especially the bungalows which have full kitchens and living areas. It was clean and right on the beach. The beach was slim so not a lot of sandy area but enough for chairs and umbrellas. The staff were all friendly but did not go above and beyond by any means.
