'Bed skirt had visible spills, light in the bathroom was out, lamp was broken, and dirty laundry sat outside our door at time of arrival for several hours. No elevator to use to take luggage to the 2nd floor and poor communication. Womens bathroom in lobby was unable to be used due to renovation. Good location, nice parking...'

'Property was fine. Arrived after 3 pm. Desk staff was with another guest and taking awhile to check in (15mins). When we approached desk she advised room not yet ready, housekeeping was not on time??? Seemed anxious, not prepared. Did find a room and we checked in. Other than that all was well.'

'We’ve stayed at Briarcliff Manor for a wedding. This was a great space for us to come in our teams to have a room to hang out with pool table and a weight room. Had the pleasure of meeting Noah, who was making some last touches to make sure our stay was comfortable. Beautiful views of the Palisades from the second floor would definitely stay again and recommend the bathtub or also a huge plus for me and my middle aged friend to soak after too many drinks and dancing.'

'This is a small cabin located down a slight hill from the owner's house. They did a wonderful job of clearing out trails behind the property throughout the woods, between cabin and the road. The town of Chappaqua is beautiful and located close by, with any amenities you may need. The cabin is modified from an old stone and log structure and had all the basics you will need for a rustic retreat. Joanne was very friendly and seems to genuinely enjoy seeing guests have a pleasant stay.'
