Kies je hotel in Town of Mount Pleasant

'I booked a superior room with a balcony more than six months prior to my stay. I checked in on time and received an inferior room with malfunctioning plumbing and air conditioning. I called the front desk, and at first was told they didn’t know what was going on. Then they told me I should never been able to book a balcony room on Expedia and didn’t have to stay there. I advised we had driven 4 hrs, and they moved us to another inferior room but at least the plumbing and air conditioning worked....

'Our stay at the Sleepy Hollow Hotel was a mixture of good and bad experiences. We arrived after 4 PM, the advertised check-in time, only to discover our room wasn’t ready. After finally getting our room, we had an extremely long walk to the elevator. My sister has Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS) and POTS, which make walking long distances difficult. She was already struggling, so this was particularly frustrating. Our biggest complaint was the room temperature. It was 74°F, and we couldn’t adjust...

'Absolute disaster! Don't stay here. Their AC wasn't working. They only had heat and it was unbearable. The staff, especially Jennifer, refused to do anything or offer alternatives. I'm still waiting for my refund.'

'Mae at check in was very helpful and welcoming!'

'De receptionist was het toppunt van onverschilligheid en zeer onbeleefd bovendien. Ik kreeg een kamer waarvan het bed niet was opgemaakt. Diverse elektra punten zaten los waardoor opladen problematisch was.'

'Rooms were spacious and clean, comfortable beds, and the hotel was beautifully decorated for Halloween. Breakfast was also great. Only two complaints…pool was freezing and dirty the first night of our stay, and then closed indefinitely. Also several outlets (including the nightstand charging station) in our room did not work.'

'fijne rustige plek, heel schoon en alles wat je nodig hebt op goeie lokatie bij hoofdstraat en loopafstand van trein naar NYC'

'Great location very close to Sleepy Hollow. Very clean and updated. Has everything you need. The bed is a little firm and the couch is a day bed so not real comfortable. The wi-fi could not keep up with streaming a PBS show or a basketball game without freezing. It is in a basement so you could hear the people walking around upstairs. A little pricey. Overall, okay.'

'We’ve stayed at Briarcliff Manor for a wedding. This was a great space for us to come in our teams to have a room to hang out with pool table and a weight room. Had the pleasure of meeting Noah, who was making some last touches to make sure our stay was comfortable. Beautiful views of the Palisades from the second floor would definitely stay again and recommend the bathtub or also a huge plus for me and my middle aged friend to soak after too many drinks and dancing.'

'The'

'Very comfortable!'

'Ok but never again also. First room air consitioner did not work on the way down and up to front desk to have room changed two other guests approached me to announce they also had to switch rooms 1) room door would not lock 2) shower did not work My new room was ok toilet leaked a bit. No hook on bathroom door (had to hand towels im closet) and you could hear the outside traffice. Ambulences etc. parking required traveling on various 4 level options with small spaces. Breakfast well the hard...

'After a long day, I returned to my room only to find the door ajar. Concerned about the security of my belongings, I inquired about the possibility of reviewing the surveillance footage to identify who had accessed my room. Unfortunately, I was informed that this could not be accommodated. When I checked out, I was assured that someone would investigate the matter and follow up with me. Regrettably, I have not received any communication since then, which has added to my concerns regarding the...

'Shower had very low pressure and not enough water. Also very noisy during our stay. There was a wedding party that was very loud late into the night. Layout of breakfast area very congested.'
