« We enjoyed a lot to stay in your place on Columbus Day Weekend in the heart of Alexandria Bay Town,the room was clean and right next to the dock you can park your boat or go fishing. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere, staff are very friendly and helpful, we enjoyed delicious coffee they serve all day long in the lobby and also you can use toaster and microwave to warm up your meals, outside next to the dock is nice picnic area with girls, vending and ice machines and lots of tables, beach...

« Wonderful owner, historic home, warm réception with charcuterie and Wine, good breakfast On the low side : irregular water flow, Windows without blinds so you get light very early in the morning. You have to keep in mind this is an old home which has its charm but also its flaws. »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at "Sparrow" cottage. It was very clean and just the right size for the two of us. The entire property at The Ledges was kept up with the utmost of care. Situated by the docks made just sitting and watching boats and birds a delight. The location is very near the downtown area where all the restaurants and shops are. « Most of the house was clean. The outside patio area had a table with chairs that all needed to be wiped down before sitting. The upstairs porches were very dirty. It was disappointing not to be able to sit out there. The showers were very nice . Plenty of towels ,, soap, shampoo. The kitchen had everything we needed. K cups were provided for the kurig. The kids loved playing in the yard. We used the fire pit most nights. The two rooms with the twin beds seemed much larger in the pictures. »
