« We stayed in the Finch and loved it. Bed was super comfy and the shower is divine! I love the care and thoughtfulness that is put into every aspect of the cottages and the grounds. There is everything you need for cooking and a dishwasher! We brought our two small dogs, and we enjoyed exploring the property, especially by the docks. The fall decor is grogeous. Each cottage had its own pumpkin, firepit with supplied wood, kindling and Adirondack chairs, and outdoor table area. I highly recommend...

« The house was good, Did have to go buy paper towels and firewood. They did provide firewood but you need a log splitter. The paddle boat had a big leak in it. »

« We had a great stay overall! The property overall was very clean. We really enjoyed the pool . I would advise to check about bed sizes as on vrbo it is listed that every room had a queen size and they were double. It made for very uncomfortable sleeping for our family. »

« The balcony was nice to sit on in the morning to watch the Black River while drinking coffee. The home is as advertised on VRBO listing. Mattresses were comfortable. It is nice to have a washer and dryer on site. »

« Lovely, quiet neighborhood. It was easy to feel at home for our week. Just know that hardwood floors in historic homes creak - part of the character, but an early riser can't tiptoe quietly in the kitchen! The host was very respectful of our privacy, while always very friendly and welcoming. »

« We had cottage #17. The cottage was excellent and very clean. Everything worked like it should, good water pressure, washer/dryer in the cottage, and 2 bathrooms! Management response to any question was fast and friendly. The only thing the cottage didn’t have was a good view of the river, although you can get a glimpse from the porch if you look to the right. However, that is not a knock as the cottage is an incredible value. You do have access to the river but it requires walking down a little...
