« Great life experience. House is legendary. Kurt is easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any issues. Only thing I’d tell future visitors is this is a classic northern home without hvac and I’d have a fan for your room to sleep in if you like it cool. We opened windows and it worked just fine. Overall just love the house and Buffalo is the best city I’ve ever visited. We frequented the Big Tree next door and couldn’t have met nicer people or been more welcomed. Definitely...

« For our purposes, this worked great. We were riding our bikes along the empire state trail from Buffalo to New York. We stayed here two days at the beginning of the trip to prepare for the ride and then one day at the end of the trip before we went home. Clean and comfortable, seems to be a safe and quiet neighborhood, close everything we needed it to be close to. « On our trip to Vermont we wanted a comfortable place to stay half way. This was a great find. The apartment was very clean and had lots of room. Upgrading to the apartment with the fenced in yard was a treat for our dog, Percy. He enjoyed being able to roam the yard free, just as if he were at home.Communication with the host was excellent and he was available for any questions we had.The two main rooms in the apartment were spacious and it was nice having tv's in both.
