'Had an absolutely lovely stay at Ryan's place for graduation week!The apartment is not fancy but is immaculate and comfortable. It is well stocked with everything you need and more. Hosts were very easy to communicate with. I had one very minor issue which was handled in a few hours.I'm only sorry I didn't discover this place 4 years ago at the start of our college journey. It would have saved me from a lot of lousy other apartment rentals and expensive hotels.'

'Excellent property. Home is well appointed. Plenty of room for 8 of us. Nice walkable neighborhood. It was easy to get anywhere from this location. We loved sitting on the porch every morning enjoying our tea.'

'We were extremely pleased with this rental. The house was very clean with new appliances including a washer and dryer. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding looked new and clean. Almost everything we needed for our week's stay was there too. Carol, our host, couldn't have been nicer and more responsive. We would highly recommend this location!'

'Overall, the property was far below the anticipated conditions and value for the nightly rates. My room was damp & musty, strong indications of mold growth in the air vents/return. Linens were stained and had hair that did not belong to my partner or myself. Our in room fridge wasn’t functioning, but this was not apparent until the next morning when the items placed inside were still warm more than 12 hours later'

'Prima hotel als uitvalsbasis in en om Buffalo. Dichtbij metro en bus om downtown te komen. Er is ook een gratis shuttle van het hotel. Hotel is omgeven door het ziekenhuis dus niet heel sfeervol. Onze kamer zat aan de achterkant waardoor wel wat geluid van de ventilatie hoorbaar was. Maar met raam dicht gaf dit geen overlast. Enige minpunt was het ontbijt. Dit was erg karig. Er was weinig keuze en wat er te kiezen was, was al grotendeels op om 8:30 en werd niet meer bijgevuld. '
