This a new fully-furnished studio apartment above a garage. It is spacious and comfortable. It is beautifully decorated. The place has new furniture, it's vibrantly colored, and is located in a peaceful neighborhood. We are also near some of Buffalo's best food spots and it's fun activities. Be sure to enjoy a walk at Delaware park in the summer and indulge in some ice-skating at Canalside in the winter, all less than 10 minutes away!

The space
Gorgeous 1-bedroom space open kitchen with island and chairs, spacious living room, and one bathroom. It's vibrantly colored and has high ceilings. It's also within walking distance of Elmwood Village with its wonderful food spots and shops. We are also near Delaware Park and less than 30 minutes from Niagara Falls, and 15 minutes to the mall and major plazas!

*Please do not flush wipes or grease down the drain

*Anyone breaking the house rules, including bringing pets, will be removed from the property with police assistance if necessary and charged a $ 500 fee.

* Please use bathroom fans during and after showers

*please put garbage bags in the blue totes and recycling in green totes on the side of the house

*please return any items to it's original kitchen and any furniture that was moved

*Late check-out fee : $ 50 for each half hour after 11am
