'Bij aankomst kreeg ik een kamer waar de temperatuur 29 graden was terwijl het buiten slechts 10 graden was. De airco blijkt alleen in de zomer te werken, niet in de wintermaanden. Daarnaast zeer veel lawaai van de straat. Het hotel bevindt zich aan een drukken kruissing met 2 x 5 rijstroken. De ramen issoleren onvoldoende. Uiteindelijk heb ik op aandringen een minder warme kamer gekregen maar nog steeds te warm en zeer veel lawaai van de straat. Na 2 nachten heb ik een kamer aan de achterzijde...

'It's a shame we were only there for one night as we had an early morning flight to Khiva as it's a wonderful place. The taxi from the airport was arranged via the hotel and the boys who drove us were great to chat to and very friendly and helpful. The room itself was beautiful and although we were only there a short time it was one of the most comfortable rooms in our entire Uzbek stay! highly recommended.'
