'Het is erg vervelend om zo'n enthousiaste beleving flink beschadigd te zien worden door het management, dat ter plekke bij aankomst toezegt om een door hen 7 maanden eerder per abuis geïncasseerde betaling van bijna 3000 dollar, alsnog achterwege te laten. We hebben dus 2x betaald. Ze lieten bij vertrek het autorisatie-bonnetje zien van hun bank betreffende deze terugbetaling, maar dat is niet binnengekomen en men reageert op niets. You will be amazed by the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness, the delicious food, and the grounds, as the gardens are lovely. You will not be disappointed with choosing this hotel, they even have a nice pool and spa. The only cons were that there is no mini fridge in the room and the WiFi can be a little challenging.'
