Kies je hotel in Swain County

'This is it! It doesnt get any better than this folks! This Top Tier Resort easily competes with the most Vegas Hotels. No Surprise though since its managed by Harrah's. Its huge, lots a walking to and from Hotel room to Casino and Parking, A nice beautiful walk though with a river flowing beneath. Very Friendly personel. Food at Gordon Ramsey wasnt up to par unfortunately. Burgers were put on 2 ct buns'

'Nice clean room and comfortable bed. The lady at check in was very nice. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6:30. We arrived at 6:31 and nothing was ready and the lady working wasn’t friendly and was taking her time. Everything (which wasn’t much) was finally ready at 6:44. No hot food except do it yourself waffles, oatmeal & bagel’s. Nice place to stay but go elsewhere for breakfast.'

'Breakfast was not okay, just some wrapped items and terrible instant coffee. Hotel/rooms/staff/parking were good though... '

'My husband and I stayed one night at this hotel. It was just okay as it is a terribly old hotel that has not been maintained. Wallpaper was stapled back up and all doors were scratched up so horribly that one would think a horrible fight or something happened. The beds themselves actually felt and looked vbery clean but everything else was just kinda "icky". It was fine for one night but I defintiely wouldn't want to stay longer. Exterior of building is very messy, dirty, unkept as well which...

'I REALLY wanted to give this place a good review. I stayed here twice before, although it was several years ago. Both times were amazing. A new guy has recently taken over and you can tell he’s really working hard, but there were just too many things that went wrong. I booked this trip months ago, but when we got there we were informed that the room I had booked was having a water issue (the handle on the shower needed replaced) and we would have to switch to a smaller room. He said he would be...

'Awesome place! I enjoyed my stay at this place!'

'Very nice and super clean hotel, on the river bank. We had a lovely room with balcony and a view on thw river. Room was very clean and also breakfast area was kept very clean. Good shower. Easy access to Cherokee. We only missed a fridge in our room.'

'Staff always called back if we needed anything.'

'Good beds, no breakfast!!!! Coffee and a muffin NOT breakfast..... We waited till 7.10h, we waited for breakfast ..... - - rating for that.....'

'Salmon and steak were beyond well done and almost inedible. Easy fix…watch some videos and elevate the preparation. For the price of dinner it should be much better.'

'Locatie is prima, je rijdt zo het dorp in en de in de Great Smoky Mountains maar het motel ziet er aan de buitenkant erg onwelkom uit. Schijn bedriegt want eenmaal binnen is de sfeer prima.'

'Een leuke eenvoudige accommodatie die centraal gelegen is.'

'Room was very clean. it is rustic , goes with the area. Bathroom was also very clean. love the fire in the back near the creek. perfect weekend!'
