'Our stay was for two nights. The room was clean and fresh. The staff at the desk was courteous and very helpful as we checked in. The cleaning staff was prompt and did an excellent job. The breakfast room was well supplied with many options. The only problem was that there was no elevator to the second floor and my wife who has knee problems had to climb up and down the stairs.'

'Water pressure was quite low in shower. The tub had some pubic hair in it but they cleaned it up when we told them about it. Breakfast was insufficient and only cold hard boiled eggs. You could make a waffle but butter was rock hard and there was no fruit. The second morning there was no juice. We would not pay to stay here again'

'For price it was very nice'

'Long View is top of my list of places to stay for all time. We stayed for two nights as an entry way to the Smokey Mountains, and it more than exceeded our expectations. Amazing views from the expansive deck with fireplaces, incredible design and planning went into the structure - a credit to the owner & local builders. Comfy beds and very welcoming staff. Breakfast is enough of a reason to return!'

'We stayed one night at Two Rivers Lodge while exploring the Smokies, and it was very nice. Our room was clean and comfortable. It's a simple, no-frills place, which is exactly what we like. The highlight was the covered seating area right by the river, a great spot to relax at the end of the day. It was too warm for a fire while we were there, but I can picture it being perfect on a cool night. We'd happily stay again.'

'Breakfast was not okay, just some wrapped items and terrible instant coffee. Hotel/rooms/staff/parking were good though... '

'This is it! It doesnt get any better than this folks! This Top Tier Resort easily competes with the most Vegas Hotels. No Surprise though since its managed by Harrah's. Its huge, lots a walking to and from Hotel room to Casino and Parking, A nice beautiful walk though with a river flowing beneath. Very Friendly personel. Food at Gordon Ramsey wasnt up to par unfortunately. Burgers were put on 2 ct buns'

'Good beds, no breakfast!!!! Coffee and a muffin NOT breakfast..... We waited till 7.10h, we waited for breakfast ..... - - rating for that.....'

'Top hotel goede service goed ontbijt vriendelijke personeel!'

'Overall, the property was wonderful my 15 year-old grandson loved going down to the river and walking across on the rocks in the evening we bought a eight dollar pack of four pieces of wood and the front desk had firestarter and loaned us a lighter to start it. Sat by the fire, listening to the river before bed. It was very nice and the front desk had wonderful suggestions for dinner and breakfast was very nice wide selection. The room was very clean. We did have some dirt that may have been...

'Staff was great very peaceful and relaxing will definitely be making a return here ..'

'Very nice and super clean hotel, on the river bank. We had a lovely room with balcony and a view on thw river. Room was very clean and also breakfast area was kept very clean. Good shower. Easy access to Cherokee. We only missed a fridge in our room.'

'Good stay for the price.'

'Cool little escape off a private road - unexpected for the humble surroundings - great details like a steam shower. Pristine property'
