'Excellent service'

'During our stay, we encountered several issues that I want to bring to your attention. The first room had black hair and stains on the sheets, stained pillows, and a shower/tub drain that was completely plugged. The carpet had not been vacuumed, and the bath towels provided were very small. The breakfast was also disappointing. The waffle batter ran out and there was no staff available to notify. The overall selection was mostly carbohydrates with no protein options, and the coffee tasted...

'Though the lake was frozen we got so lucky with such a beautiful weekend! The home was the perfect space for our family! All the rooms were clean and the hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had! Can’t wait to book for the summer! '
