'Mooie plek, naast de Gateway Arch. Fijne omgeving dichtbij evenementen en winkels. Comfortabele kamer met fijne bedden en kussens. Tijdens ons verblijf waren 3 van de 4 liften voor o.a. onze verdieping buiten werking. Dit kan niet. Wachttijden enorm lang en collemliftcabines. Dit verwacht je niet bij Hyatt. Verder prima. Ontbijtbuffet kost inmiddels 24 dollar, maar is goed, vers en uitgebreid. '

'We waren er op een vrijdag terwijl er een honkbal wedstrijd was, dus het was erg druk in het hotel. Zeker bij het ontbijt was het zoeken naar een tafeltje. Voor de rest een prima kamer.'

'No way this is a 3 star hotel. The room was small and smelled musty. The window doesn't open, so there's no ventilation. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. The breakfast was a horrible buffet of rubbery scrambled eggs, half cooked sausage links and soupy biscuits and gravy. The staff was VERY nice and friendly, but they have to work in this horrible place. Find another hotel to stay at.'

'Very disappointed with our stay overall. We were informed at check-in that the hotel was hosting a wedding event and that several areas, including the bar, would be blocked off for the evening.'

'Good location. Breakfast included. Evening meal included. Room and building very clean. Cost $20.00 a day to park car. Located a crossed the street from Union Station and a very short drive to the Arch.'

'For a busy weekend, the staff was very amenable. With all the kids and teens, we didn’t really partake of the pool and hot tub, but it looked well maintained. The free, secure parking is a big plus!!! The room was clean and comfortable. The location is right next to Energizer Field, so if you are a soccer fan you are right there. Union Station is close, too. Overall a nice place.'

'Room is located in casino and we exptected a spacious and comfortable room and that’s what we got. On site there were great restaurants and bars and of ourse lot’s of gambling. Great stay for 1 night'

'Suites were clean and cleaned daily. They were equipped with all of the necessities. Breakfast was plentiful. Potato wedges were good, but the eggs were awful. No crispy bacon. Hotel was centrally located.'

'Me and my wife came here for our 5 year anniversary. Chad, the manager, was so very helpful and even printed out pictures to leave in the room for me to surprise my wife! The employees at the Magnolia were nice and thoughtful including the valet services! The game room had shuffleboard and billiards which we took advantage of multiple times. The restaurant Robie’s was very satisfying including their crab cakes! The dining staff were also very thoughtful and nice. Of course the hotel is antique...

'De kamer was ruim en schoon. Ruime koelkast en een koffiezetapparaat op de kamer. In het hotel verbleven veel gezinnen met jonge kinderen. Daardoor was er veel lawaai in de lobby, in de gang en bij het ontbijt. Bij het ontbijt waren meer problemen, waardoor er maar een zeer beperkt aanbod was. Ik moest zelfs om boter gaan vragen. '
