'Front desk was really nice and friendly. The King room was not ready so we were assigned two Queen beds room ... not what we really wanted. Pool was nice but did not open until 5pm. Room was mostly clean but we only had ONE serving of coffee in the morning. In addition, the slide in piece for coffee was the wrong size so we could not make coffee in the room. Lastly, the plastic rods to close the curtains were broken so we had to adjust. '

'The staff was friendly and efficient, including the night check in staff and the morning staff managing the breakfast. Price was great, shower was fantastic, great shower head , and the beds were comfy and clean, good pillows. I would absolutely stay here again. Very quiet as well. Only a one night stay for our very road weary family, who chose to drive from Massachusetts to Florida ( and whyyyy would we do that???!!! Flying next time!!!?)'

'This appears to be a former motel that is being transformed into suites. The room appears to have been two motel rooms. The door previously used for adjourning rooms has been replaced by french doors. One bathroom was replaced with a kitchen. However, there weren't any pots and pans, dishes, or utensils yet. There was a microwave that could be used. One bedroom had 2 queen beds and the other had a queen bed and a couch. The pool was closed. The location that looked like it was used for checking...

'Laundry machines did not work, also 3.50 per washer AND dryer wasn’t fun. However the pool was well maintained, breakfast was great and a rotating menu daily (no same breakfast 2 days in a row!) and the Loft Room was an excellent way to stay in HHI'

'Pro's: direct on the beach, room is big enough, clean. There's a fridge, a microwave and a coffeemaker with coffee. Not the season for a pool, but it looked nice. Cons: for the cold nights the blankets didn't do it. Putting on the heating unit made so much noise that you couldn't sleep through it. The wall/door to the adjacent room made it that you could literally follow the conversation there. '
