'The heater didn’t work at all'

'Everything was great about my experience except the guest that was in the room next to me kept me up banging on doors and making a bunch of noise so I didn't sleep to wel l because I kept getting woke up. I usually book here when I come to town but I'm not sure if I'll book here again'

'Staff were very attentive.'

'Front desk was very nice , and the location was good , room clean'

'Interesting location, on the former air base of McClellan. Area is well maintained and looks beautiful with the flowers. Room was ok, cleanliness could be better and the facilities are outdated. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was disappointing, scrambled eggs were disgusting, and the rest was very basic.'

'Railroad noise overnight. Can't sleep. The refrigerator isn't cold enough. There was a button in the frige saying you need to press it every 2 hours.'

'Normally I do enjoy staying at Embassy Suite Hotels, Although, this stay makes me second guess my next. Just a few things I wasn’t satisfied with, first, getting back to the room at 1:30am after a concert, we pulled the sofa bed out to use and there were someone’s clothes tags inside the bed, tag, plastic & all. Which tells me the bed was not checked nor washed. Second, the front desk told us we had a river view, got to our room, we had a small view of the freeway, that was it. And last, after...

'Everything was great.'

Beknopte kamer.'

'Wonderful visit.'

'Goed betaalbaar motel net buiten midtown.
