Kies je hotel in Rockingham County

'The carpets in the halls were horribly stained and extremely old - everything is outdated and poorly maintained - very pricey for what you get which is broken furniture and poor facilities'

'The property was as described in the pictures and descriptions. The room was clean and looked like it was recently renovated. Everything was in good condition. Our only issue was that we could hear our neighbors in the next room talking so clearly it was as if they were in our room. I could hear everything they were saying and unfortunately they were early risers and started talking about 5:30 AM!'

'Everyone was nice & friendly. Room was clean and grounds were maintained.'

'No towels in room. .could not shower!!! Room filthy! Torn sheets and dirty flooring.contacted management / office for towels and they never responded!'

'A great property one block off the beach. Comfortable, clean, and affordable.'

'Love staying at this property, always clean, staff are polite and welcoming. Walking distance to food, or groceries. Always plenty of parking.'

'Great stay'

'No coffee in room, no microwave, no hair dryer.'

'Never received the room we booked they placed us in the corner of the building, they advised ocean front that was not happening no were to sit outside, was woken up by people outside being noisy at 3 am for a good half an hour. And I guess they have people who rent for the winter months (no comment) Cigarette butts all throughout the parking lot. The mattress was super uncomfortable, had to clean the refrigerator freezer door would not open all frozen up. So if you want to take a chance at this...

'This hotel is clearly popular. Lots of people coming and going. And it's very well located in downtown Portsmouth. But it is not well maintained at all. Flickering ceiling lights all over the place. Doors have scratches on them. Elevator floor is chipping away. And the staff is...hit or miss. The person who checked us in copiedour name wrong, so our wifi didn't work, and they didn't tell us anything about breakfast, or other services.'

'Everything was 5 stars! Clean room, staff kind and helpful, beach view was spot on and parking was great! This was our fav stay! We got to lay in bed and watch the sun rise!'

'very nice stay'

'We stayed for a night for the wedding at Hampstead. We had nothing to complain about.'
