'Our scheduling was challenging with the check in and office hours but when we arrived early, we were accommodated immediately. We locked ourselves out of our room and were again assisted immediately. Staff was very helpful and kind. Parking and the elevator made our coming and going easy. 'We booked this hotel to be able to swim with our two year old and at arrival we were told that we (families with kids younger then 16) were only allowed to swim with her between 6 and 8 PM and 9 and 10 AM. There is nothing on hotels.com that informs about this. Between 6 and 8 we normally have dinner and she goes to bed and we needed to leave at 9 AM to get the ferry and they could not make an exception. Next to that the bathroom is tiny and the shower very slippery, which made it very hard...
