'Really don't know how this place got such a good rating on hotels.com Yes, the staff is very friendly and helpfull, but that's about it. Negatives: Light switches not working Tv was broken Wifi didn't work Bathroom was full of mold and ants I could not stand under the shower because the shower head was so low. Breakfast didn't include bread Positives: Room was big Bed was good This place is not worth the amount of money you have to pay.'

'The renovation doesn't fit the area. It's too minimalist and almost cold. The signage to the water and ice isn't specific enough. I do like that the ice is already bundled for guests in small bags and there is filtered water. The layout of the bathroom is weird. The shower door opened oddly and the sink faucet was too short causing water to get all over the too small counter when washing your hands. Coffee in the room is preferred. '

'Cute little rental neighborhood with several modular home cottages. You can hear buck creek but you can't see it. Very quiet especially because we were the only people there. Close to downtown Highlands. Small but homey and clean. Hot tub was already on and waiting for us.'
