'It was ok, but not what I expected. Rooms were ok, nothing special. Staff from front desk to evening bartenders didn’t seem as professional as I would expect for a hotel like this. Feel like at the price parking and breakfast should have been included. For the price doubt we’ll stay here again. '

'I booked a room online for my parents who are in their 80’s. I requested a handicapped room on the first floor. That request was only granted when my mother fell attempting to get up the stairs (no elevator). The room was dark and drab with an unpleasant odor. Very outdated!'
