« First off, it’s probably the best option if you’re looking between Salina & Topeka in terms of safety and placement. It’s old but the breakfast was all really above average. The biggest issue we had was the smell in our room. It smelled like huge amounts of pinesol covering up a chainsmokers room. It was a lot. The water pressure was pretty bad. There weren’t any plugs near the nightstand. It was just an old smelly hotel. Not the worst. Breakfast was a relief. I hope they can afford some...

« Bonnie the front desk, receptionist, was fantastic wonderful employee very helpful with everything. I believe she deserves a raise. She is a great employee and I would not let her go if I was the Company. The bed was comfortable the room was clean, just with the remodel, there are a few minor aesthetic issues but nothing major, I did enjoy my stay. Thank you. »

« The kitchen had snacks, coffee, hot chocolate, and tea. that was nice. Soaking in the tub was a wonderful experience. The steps were a little challenge (We are 70) but the handrail made it work. It is a lovely place to stay with books to read, games to play. We found ear plugs in the drawer by the bed but did not really need them. We enjoyed hearing the train and it did not come by too often. All of the attractions in Wamego are within walking distance. It was a relaxing superb location. I...
