'If you just need a place to spend the night, this is perfect. The price is reasonable. But it didn't turn out as we had expected for celebrating our anniversary. Our hostess was called away so we didn't have a chance to meet her. Note that the kitchenette is outside on the lanai. It could be better supplied, eg with cutting knives.'

'The home has a very open layout and was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The property is amazingly beautiful with a lovely garden. At night the frogs come out and sing their songs. The stream and waterfall on the property is amazing. So serene and full of natural beauty. Do wear your mosquito repellent as they are in numbers in this area. Wish we had booked for a few more days as it was so nice. Highly recommend!'

'This was a lovely rental. It was clean and spacious and we had the best time. The pool was very cold but very enjoyable once we got used to the temperature. I appreciated the fitness room as well. It's a short drive to the private beach which was perfection. The Mauna Lani coffee shop nearby was also excellent.'

'What a wonderful place! Great communication with the friendly host, Darin. The grounds are spectacular, with tropical plants and a beautiful waterfall. Very quiet, and very near the Waipi'o overlook. Apartment is very clean and nicely furnished. Loved the eclectic decor! Kitchen is great, with everything you need to cook in. (You're a bit far from town, so restaurants may not be an option, and everything closes early in that part of Hawaii!). But if you want a secluded, serene island...

'Everything was incredible! Hosts Darin and Katerina went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. The stream, waterfall, profusion of foliage and flowers were all stupendous We've already reserved the Waterfall Cabin for next year.'

'Unfortunately I am unable to provide information about my stay as I never stayed due to the Kona Storm that hit the Hawaiian Islands. We were unable to travel to Kona from the Island of Lanai because of boat and flight cancellations. Additionally to that it was disappointing that I was unable to switch dates or obtain a refund for this stay. I contacted the host who was unaccommodating to our circumstance. I am hoping they make right of this situation.'

'Beautifully decorated, awesome location, kitchen was a gourmet cooks dream, although we ate out most of the time. We have stayed in the complex 4 times and this is the best unit we have stayed in. It is located about a five minute walk to the beach and shopping areas and restaurants are an easy walk.We will certainly be back again!'
