'This was not what I was expecting. It is actually a beautiful home with multiple different efficiencies under one roof. The house is in disrepair and could use some maintenance. There was no AC in the master bedroom and the second bedroom had 3 beds in it. Two of the beds only had foam mattresses. The location is beautiful and close to town.'

'We enjoyed our stay, especially the outdoor patio. Rocking on the chairs to decompress after a busy travel day was perfect. I personally loved the outdoor shower but it was not private - you share it with another unit. Hosts were great and lovely people. Their dogs are so sweet and gentle! They location is a bit of a drive from the main roads to Hilo but excellent access to volcano national park. The unit had everything we could need. Great stay.'
