'We hosted an event at the Courtyard Marriott of Waterbury. The staff was extremely attentive and paid attention to all of our needs with frequent check-ins from the staff during our stay. Our families felt the accommodations were good,food was delicious and stay was affordable. 'I had an issue with my reservation on Tuesday evening 8/19 and it seemed like I was going to need to find other accommodations but the staff working there that night (Alex and Brian?) were exceptionally helpful and gracious and made it possible for me to book another room the same night. I cannot understate how kind and understanding they were and their how professional they were.'

'Beautiful hotel and fantastic staff inside. My only gripe is that the Valet parking employees were difficult to find and 2 of the 4 lacked the professionalism you would hope for when trusting someone with your vehicle. Also, some uniforms instead of sweatpants and hoodies would help them out.'
