« I booked last minute with Dan and I’m so glad I did! The cottage was very cute and perfect for me and my friends. It was just a short walk to the beautiful downtown as well as beach. Dan was also extremely responsive which was also awesome. I will definitely be back!! »

« A wonderful house in a fantastic location in Ocean Grove. we had about 16 people and everyone had plenty of room. i would update the kitchen pots and pans but that is really the only thing i would change. Fabulous shoprite not too far away and we enjoyed tino’s pizza one night. we really loved the house- thank you!There was no laundry detergent- tried to start a load of towels and sheets when I saw the container was empty. »

« Easy walks to local restaurants. The beach was nice. Enjoyed relaxing in the Adirondack chairs/loungers watching the activity on the water and on Sandy Hook’s bay beaches. Centrally located to a variety of things, including taking the Seastreak ferry into Manhattan. Appreciated the available parking for our rental car as grocery stores and such are a bit too far to walk. But it’s worth it to be on the beach. 😀. Thank you Dennis for creating this space. »

« This is an adorable little cottage located adjacent to the owner's property in a very nice neighborhood that is only 6 blocks from the beach. It is very roomy inside - absolutely perfect for the two of us! The cottage is pristine and well-appointed. Oversized beach towels, terry robes and slipper socks were a very nice touch. The host is very responsive and helpful. We would definitely book this property if we travel to the area again. »

« Visiting local family. Beautiful, clean and spacious home near beach and many restaurants. Our grandson loved the local playgrounds. We will definitely consider another stay when back in the area. Thank you Carolina! »

« This property was lovely, true to its listing. It was very clean and had every amenity you could need. The check in process was smooth and easy with clear directions from the owner. Would definitely stay here again. »

« This was a very sad time was there for suicide walk. But my younger brother passed day before we arrived. Manager was very sincere and caring. All In all under better circumstances would have loved the apt »

« Terri and her family were great hosts and the house has everything we needed. The yard is beautiful with many birds and plants. The kids loved running around in it. The patios are very well kept and partially shaded. Lots of different areas to unwind. The best part is by far the location. A very short walk to the beach for our little urban walkers. We easily carried everything we needed. We would love to stay again! »

« We had a lovely stay! Very large home with plenty of room for large groups, especially spacious common areas. The house is beautiful and full of charm. The area is wonderful, so perfectly close to the beach and walkable downtown. »
