'Perfect goed schoon en vriendelijk mensen '

'Pantry was empty and no shaving foam after 30 mins wait.'

'Prima hotel. Ruime kamer, goed ontbijt. Enige minpuntje was de kille incheck bij aankomst. Receptioniste had blijkbaar haar dag niet.'

'A wonderful stay! Will absolutely rebook when in the area!'

'I made a complaint in the front office regarding my brand new jacket burned by their iron and the front desk person told me I wasn’t the only one making the same complaint and no one ever called me back, My jacket still had its price tags. To top it off the front desk person when taking my complaint put me to the side because he had to check in a customer even though I was there first. No customer service. It was not a good experience.'

'Not a single complaint about this stay. The suite setup was really helpful as we had my elderly mom with us so she was able to be in our room without sacrificing privacy. Breakfast was good... hotel breakfast, of course, but fresh and with hot options each day. Would stay again.'

'Hedendaags hotel in een hippe buurt van Charlotte '

'The gym was not open till too late and the place they contracted out to use is very hard to find or too difficult to get in. I would not have stayed here if I knew I could not have access to the gym'

'Liked the room layout, except for the nasty stain on the wall. Quiet, spacious. Dirty hallways and stairwells, Staff seemed to make it a point to disregard requests for housekeeping services despite repeated requests over a 5 night stay.'

'The hotel seem to be a safe place to stay. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The front foyer and the breakfast area of the property was not cared for. The upholstered chairs in the breakfast area were worn and visibly dirty. The table in the foyer was visibly damaged and worn and the couch was worn also. The overall appearance was very unappealing.'
