Our room AC was set on 65 which was that when we came in our room but the temperature in the room never went down past 74 degrees. Very uncomfortable to sleep. We had to extend our stay due to a cancelled flight and ended up with another room that had the fridge and a quiet ac. I was not aware until then that the ac wasn’t the same in all rooms. 'We always stay here when coming to Charlotte. It is close to everything. We went to the airport, outlet stores, and just cruised around the city. Staff is always so polite and rooms always clean. Daily nreakfast, nightly dinner and drinks included! Cant beat it!'
