'My room had a bed only - no furniture although there was an end table and lamp. I asked for some furniture and ended up with a desk chair. The bar / restaurant was closed until 5 pm. The hotel is not walking distance to anything. If you are hungry or would like a drink, you are out of luck until 5. I’m surprised this hotel doesn’t capitalize on a captive audience. Housekeeping changes towels but doesn’t otherwise make up your room. I had to ask 3 times for extra pillows and blankets. ...

'This was by far the loudest room I’ve ever been in. Hardly slept either night. Police sirens and motorcycles sound like they’re right outside your window. We were on the 10th floor, but it was still like being on street level. Would not stay again. A lot of the amenities are closed as well.'

'The room was hot. The AC didn’t work and they sent someone to do it, but it still didn’t work. The people were great. The bar was good and the rooftop bar. I don’t think I could come back again, though the area was a little bit much for me as well.'

'Location! Next door to Spectrum Center. Valet parking $55 day but worth it! No hassle finding parking. Hyatt Valet brings it down and takes it back up. Very convenient. Enjoyed our weekend stay for a Saturday event at the Spectrum Center. Will definitely be back!'
