'The hotel is undergoing a rennovation. Dust everywhere. The staff is not properly trained to navigate the situation in the hotel. Our room had a leak in the ceiling that was dripping onto the carpet, a refrigerator that did not work, linens that did not match-each bed was different, baseball trading cards in the bag that housed the dryer, and staff at the front desk who were not trained to handle these situations when approached by them. Would not stay here again until the rennovation is...

'The hotel was nice and relatively clean. It was noticed that it was beat up a little: scrapes and scratches on the walls, dents in the walls, corners of walls were damaged, stains on walls, etc. But overall it was clean and well kept - could probably use a little TLC. Staff was helpful, polite and engaging. Breakfast was standard. Beds were hard.'

'Great hotel and location. Only problem was that the parking is totally inconvenient. We likely would not stay there again for this reason.'

'There was strong marijuana and smoke odor in smoke free room. Staff didn’t do anything except spray that didn’t work. Expedia was unresponsive on this matter. Dissatisfied and disappointed.'

'The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was quiet so we rested well. Breakfast was good. The pool area needs some maintenance but the pool was refreshing after a very hot day.'

'I was unable to stay in this room and they would not refund me. I have called the insurance I purchased too and they will not refund me. The room was ground floor, window would not close all the way and there was no lock on the window. As a solo female traveler I felt this was unsafe. Especially since the desk did not appear to monitored at night and the front door had a lock you needed to access with key card. The room also had an odd odor.'

'The staff is really nice and helpful. The rooms are pretty dated and not that nice. The carpets and blankets did have some stains on them. Ac unit did stop working one night and woke up with a very humid room. The breakfast bar is pretty small. A waffle maker, some cereal, yogurt, very tiny pastries, and bananas. That’s about it.'
