'My flight didn't get in until 8:30 pm. When I called the motel, I was informed they stop doing shuttles at 5 pm. I had to pay for a taxi at $25 to go 4 miles to get from the airport to the motel. Pretty unhappy about the lack of a shuttle when this has never been an issue anywhere else I've stayed near an airport.'

So the room was constantly changing between warm and cool. Beds were comfortable. Staff were all friendly. Hotel was overall very nice. Would stay again.'

'Hampton inn has been my preferred hotel for years. Lately the chain has not been a step above the rest. Not a huge deal but there was coffee drips on the bathroom sink, clearly wasn’t wiped down. The bed was made very sloppy. Sheets not tucked in and hanging uneven. Like I said, not a huge deal but doesn’t make Hampton Inn stand out from other chains. The big bummer was the air conditioner didn’t work properly. When I got in the room the thermostat was set to 63 but it was 70 in the room. Me...

'Stayed there a year ago had an excellent stay. Some how in the last year management has changed. The bar is not open anymore .Pool rules have changed and are not clearly marked. Over all not a terrible experience just Different than the last visit! Did not expect to have a different experience.'
