« If you are a pet owner this property is listed as pet friendly but is really almost pet friendly. We had a three day drive to Cedar Rapids and 11 hours before we arrived we received an email with an extensive list of pet rules. Most were reasonable except the one that said pets shall not be left unattended at the property which basically means you cannot leave the property without taking your pet with you. « We had a really great time here at this COZY, but well-appointed Cottage. Everything was there that we required for a GREAT stay. Location is EXCELLENT to all that Cedar Rapids has to offer. Communication with our Host was immediate and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here, thanks to a GREAT place ! »

« House was in a great location - easy to walk downtown. We also walked the neighborhood and around the church lot that was across the street. We enjoyed having a kitchen for cooking, a good fridge for our food and beverages. It would have been great to have a privacy fence in the back yard for us and the dogs, a grill, and fire pit if it would be allowed. Heater and AC worked great, good shower, and the house was stocked pretty well with laundry, toiletries, and some needed kitchen accessories. »
