« Well equipped and maintained, super clean and mostly brand new (needs a new sofa) - very active birdlife and garden were a nice bonus. We hadn’t realised there was no air con - but good shades, quality windows with insect screens and ceiling fans were fine for our week with mostly moderate summer temperatures. « The shower needed a clean, which we did.The main issue for us is that it’s a 2 storey home and downstairs is separated from upstairs by a makeshift, flimsy door structure that is not sealed and offers no soundproofing. Downstairs was let separately. No where in the advert was there mention that our tenancy was limited to upstairs only.
