St Tropez Beachside Luxe is, as the name suggests, a luxury styled apartment conveniently located right on Kiama’s Surf Beach. Go to sleep with the mesmerising sound of waves crashing on the shore, wake up to views of the sun rising over stunning Surf Beach and literally walk out of the apartment and next door to Silica Café for your first coffee of the day. Coronation Park is opposite for the kids and there is an array of different cuisines all within walking distance, including Encore Wine Bar & Grill also next door, for stress-free mealtimes.

With 1 queen bedroom and a twin room with a trundle, the apartment is perfect for 1-2 couples, 4-5 adults or a family with up to 3 children. It has been carefully and thoughtfully refurbished and styled in a soft palette, minimalist coastal style. The freshly painted walls and neutral, comfortable, padded flooring combine with soft furnishings in tones of olive green, light tan, grey, and dusky mushroom to create the most soothing and relaxing environment in which to unwind. The coastal artwork and décor on the open shelving also contribute to this soothing vibe.

St Tropez Beachside Luxe boasts 2 generously proportioned bedrooms also decorated in soothing tones, a sleek, modern, fully equipped kitchen, a stylish and comfortable open plan living area and an undercover balcony with outdoor setting and elevated view. Enjoy lunch with cool coastal breezes on the balcony which is shaded when the sun is at its highest. It is also a great spot for late afternoon drinks when the sun swings back around with its final rays of the day spreading a golden light throughout the unit.

Linen, towels and bedding are all provided and of a high hotel grade quality. Towels are 100% cotton and the tight weave sheets are both elegant and smooth to touch. The apartment is presented beautifully and is immaculately clean, as echoed by the McLean family in this Sept 2019 review: “We loved our stay here. The unit was so lovely and clean. It had everything we needed. Excellent location.”

Looking for some rest and relaxation? Then look no further - this beautiful unit is equipped with 2 styles of picnic baskets, a selection of games and books, a tv in the living room and a second tv in the master bedroom with Chromecast – just bring your own Netflix or log in to catch-up-tv for that series you’ve been dying to watch! There is a freshly resurfaced bath for that long luxuriating soak and a comfortable reading chair in the master bedroom if you need to close the door on the world for a while.

This is a secured unit with off street parking for 1 small-medium car and there is additional public parking directly next to the apartment, adjacent to the park and the beach. Leave the car securely at the unit and enjoy walking to the beach, fish and chips at the harbour, the lighthouse and famous Blowhole, the eclectic mix of homeware and fashion boutiques, the markets, galleries and music in the park…there is no end to the fun things you can do when you visit St Tropez Beachside Luxe, you just have to be prepared to leave the relaxing confines of this gorgeous home away from home!

This means guests have to be very mindful of noise made in or outside the property that can disrupt neighbours at any time of the day. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited.

Privacy: This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.
Terms and Conditions: Detailed T&Cs apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you. Please share the T&Cs with your other guests.

Check-in and -out Times: During the busy months of December and January, the check-in time is 4 pm to facilitate peak back-to-back changeovers. Our standard check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 10 am. We offer a complimentary early check-in or late check-out time as a gesture of goodwill where booking and housekeeping schedules allow. Note that due to demand and housekeeping pressures, no early check-ins or late check-outs will be granted during the months of December and January. The safest way to secure an early check-in or later check-out is to book the property for an extra night. Contact us for a special rate for this extra night. All Sunday late check outs must be requested and approved prior to 5 pm on the Friday evening prior. All complimentary early check-ins or late check-outs must be confirmed in writing so that our housekeeping team are informed accordingly.

Guest Registration: Guest registration is mandatory for all bookings and replaces the need for a cash bond for short term bookings (up to 20 nights). It is essential for fraud prevention, damage claims, safety, and emergency purposes. The process varies depending on the online travel agent used. Direct bookings require the booker to upload a copy of their driver’s licence and credit card through our encrypted online process.

Additional Guests: The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.

No Extras: This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

EV Charging: For safety reasons and to comply with insurance requirements, guests are prohibited from charging electric vehicles at any property that does not have a dedicated EV charging station. Charging electric vehicles without proper infrastructure poses a fire hazard, and in the unfortunate event of an incident, insurance cover may be compromised, and the guest held liable. If in doubt, ask our team for the closest EV charging station.

Long Stay Discounts: Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

Property Information: Information during your stay can be found in the Guest Information Folder or by calling our office 24/7.

Security Deposit: For most bookings, completion of our registration process and a valid credit card with a $1000 available limit is sufficient for the security deposit. For medium-term bookings (21-40 nights) and long-term bookings (41-90 nights), a non-negotiable cash security deposit is required. This deposit, held in our Trust Account, is refunded after the departure inspection, with any damage or loss deducted. The minimum cash deposit is $2000, with higher amounts for larger or more expensive properties, or at the owner’s/agent’s discretion.

Peace of Mind: For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

Great location but some limitations

Good points - location is brilliant with huge park and beach right in your backyard. Bedrooms are spacious and being able to sit on the couch and see the waves never gets old. Bad points - kitchen was tiny, would be very hard to cook a proper meal (perfectly well equipped for breakfasts). Check in at 4pm is a bit silly - if you need 10-4 to clean properties then get more staff. Windows are locked so they can’t be opened more than a few centimeters. Disappointing not to be able to get the fresh ocean breeze into the bedrooms at the end of a hot day.

Beautiful apartment is a stunning town.

We had the best holiday! We enjoyed Kiama so much and can't wait to go back. The apartment was awesome. Well situated, close to beach and shops. Great coffee and dining/food cafes.

Perfectly Situated Apartment

This two bedroom apartment was perfect for us and our one year old. Safe park and beach just across the road, and Kiama has a heap of quality kids playgrounds. We would love to return, and would highly recommend this property!

Peaceful Unit in Great Location.

The apartment was perfect for just the two of us but would also be suitable for a family of four. Fully equipped with everything we needed including lovely homely touches. The location was outstanding, right on Patrolled Surf Beach, view exactly as it is shown in the profile photos. Park the car and walk to the main town center for great coffee and cafe's. Try to be there on Wednesday afternoons for amazing Farmers' Markets directly across the car park from 3pm. Fantastic food, wine, music and local fresh produce.

Good location, nice place

Easy walk to the park and beach. Apartment is nice, most modern things (no dish washer). Parking is very tight and only really for a hatch back or smallish car (there is ample parking in the carpark but not secured). I found it a nice walk to shops but it is a few blocks. It does have stairs to the apartment but not heaps.

Very clean and tidy.

The unit was very clean and beautifully furnished and we were able to walk to nice cafes for dinner which was very convenient. There were a couple of negatives however. The parking space provided was difficult to get into and the people upstairs were very noisy and there was a DVD player but sadly no DVDs.
