'Definitely returning'

'We came to Birmingham for a concert and wanted something close to the venue while also being in a safe part of town. This unit was perfect for what we wanted! It was less than a 10 minute walk to the BJCC and it was so nice not having to fight traffic when leaving the concert. It was 4 girls on this trip and we never felt unsafe in the area we were in. The host has been amazing since the time we first booked the trip and wanted to make sure we had the best experience in their rental. I highly...

'The place itself was spotless and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth and the host was super helpful and responsive the whole time. The location is great and super convenient to so much in the area, which made getting around easy. The pool was a fantastic bonus - clean, well-maintained, and plenty of loungers to choose from. Parking was fortunately easy to find, but heads up for future guests: you don’t get access to the gated garage. You’ll need to use street parking outside the building....

'We had a very comfortable stay at this property. Very convenient location to UAB, and a great value.'

'Emma and her team are so wonderful! I had a scheduling issue and they were quick to move me to another unit. The whole place and area is SO cute. They’re ao thoughtful on everything from the toiletries to decor. I absolutely loved this place and highly recommend to anyone! '

'Super comfy sheets and easy check in and check out. Parking was easy, apartment is clean and well cared for. Great food close by.'

'Had a very nice stay here when we were in town for a wedding. The property is tucked back away from major roads, in a nice quiet area. The beds were comfortable and we slept great! The Jack-and-Jill bathroom between the bedrooms was plenty spacious for the four of us to share and the half bath on the first floor came in handy. Great communication and responsiveness from the host.'

'This apartment was perfect, well-equipped with everything we needed! Well done!'

'Son had a baseball tournament in the area. This place was perfect! Plenty of room for the two of us, clean, and quiet. Washer/dryer and full kitchen were great for our needs, and communication with the host was outstanding. Will definitely be back if we play in Birmingham again!'

'Property is as advertised. Very clean and new. It was a perfect spot for the 4 of us.'

'Great property, as advertised. Secure entrance. Great location downtown with good restaurants within a few steps. Host was very nice and tried to accommodate an extended stay that I needed. Would definitely rent again!'

'The surrounding properties were scary! Didn’t get out of my car.'
