'-Room(s) credit should be worded as “coupon” NOT credit. We have two rooms, thought we have $900 in room credits per room, but it was a coupon anpply to excursions. Out of the $1,800 room credits, we could only use $40 coupon towards 4 people for snorkeling, $10 coupon applied per person.
-Toilet not strong at all.
-Staffs were very nice and friendly, except front desk Timmarley guy.
-Wish the staffs had food, water and shelter for the family of five cats (mother and 4 kittens) living on...
