« When I made my reservation through Expedia, I did not notice that it listed a smoking room. I asked if they had a non-smoking room. The clerk said there were none available but I could pay for an upgrade to a Junior Suite. I said no. Another person in our group asked the same question when they arrived and they were told there were non-smoking rooms available. The carpet in the room was very dirty. »

« The hotel did not honor the room that we had booked and said we should not have booked through Expedia, they didn’t have correct information on the rooms. They gave us an interior room and did not honor the city view or room number that was specified in our reservation with Expedia. The front desk was very unhelpful even though it appeared they had many empty rooms.
