'Ontvangst was zeer slecht. De dame (lang donker haar met bril) bij de receptie had meer aandacht voor haar telefoon dan voor de gasten en er kon geen enkel welkom vanaf. Toen het activeren van de sleutelpas niet lukte na een aantal keren, gooide ze boos de pas weg.., waarna ze besloot dat we maar 1 sleutelpas kregen. Erg vreemde reactie en niet professioneel. De kamer had een muffe lucht en bij nadere inspectie hadden de gordijnen ook nog een rooklucht en zat er schimmel in de gordijnen. Bed...
