'Amazing views and designed. Clean, friendly staff that works hard. My only complaints are the shower isn't well designed it has a lot of standing water all the time as it doesn't drain, and there's no real service at the pool area, you have to hunt someone down. The buffet for breakfast was fine, nothing special but pretty in how they set it up. I didn't try the expensive restaurant as they wanted to charge $300 a person for the tasting menu. Insane pricing really - we ate for $20-30 a night...

'Very Kind staff and beautiful hotel'

'AVOID THIS HOTEL. This place is a scam. The room looked nothing like the listing photos. It reeked, was coated in dust, and was visibly filthy — I found a NAIL lying on the floor, and I have photos taken that same day. That is not bad housekeeping, that is a safety hazard. Management's response was hostility and intimidation. No apology, no accountability — the only offer was shuffling me into another room. I walked out the same day and found somewhere else to stay. Then the owner told...

'The Li River resort is very well situated, on a quiet place near Jungshuo. The staff is friendly and helpful with small issues but also arranging tailored programmes in the region upon request. The bike tour arranged by the hotel was really worthwhile. The owner is hospitable, professional in a accommodating way, but never pushy. The rooms and the hotel in general are done with taste, ensuring a relaxed stay. Most rooms have a beautiful view on the Li River. '

'Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel très bien situé au milieu des pics, de l’autre côté de la ville de Xingping ( besoin de prendre le ferry). Personnel très serviable et aidant. Jolie terrasse, et chambres propres. Nous recommandons'

'Everything was great since the moment I came in'

'Goede kamers en badkamer, redelijke prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Kwaliteit van het eten is iets minder van deze keten als in Shanghai of Beijing. Al met al een prima hotel!'

'Uitstekend hotel voor ontspannen vakantie, met mogelijkheden voor bezoeken in de (ruime) omgeving'

'Uitstekend hotel midden in Guilin. Zeer goede bedden, ruime kamer'

'Great location, old glory. Really nice rooms. It is only very annoying that you have to pay 500 RMB deposit. This way the hotel tells you at first contact: "We are not going to trust you.". I hardly ever come across this anymore.'

'Did not use the spa. Too packed with activities. Service is excellent. They anticipated what we needed and gave good recommendations. 管家们（小华，小朱，小香） gave excellent and thoughtful service. 店长too. 林子too! We enjoyed our stay completely. '

'This is a gem of a hotel. Tucked away so you wouldn’t even know it was there. We arrived at night and it was beautifully lit and in a gorgeous setting. The staff are wonderful- friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The chef is great - highly recommend having dinner there. They also booked a tour and guide for us which was great. Everyone and everything is perfect.'

'Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Mooie kamer en een prima ontbijt. Ligt wel wat buiten het centrum van de stad maar met taxi prima bereikbaar. Zorg er wel voor dat je de Chinese vertaling van de naam van het hotel hebt voor de taxichauffeurs. '

'Prima en vriendelijke service. Goed sprekend Engelse medewerkers. Mooi uitzicht op Moon Hill. Fietsen te huur. Prachtig dakterras. Rustig. Goede kwaliteit - prijs verhouding voor de kamers.'

'The hotel had incredible mountain views, peaceful river scenery, spacious rooms, and excellent service from start to finish. Perfect location to relax after exploring the Li River, West Street, and the amazing countryside. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Yangshuo looking for comfort, luxury, and unforgettable views.'

'We had the room with a big square bath and balcony overlooking the mountains. The room was of a high standard, all the gadgets for lighting and air conditioning to make it comfortable during a September, very humid stay. Room cleaned and restocked really well each day. Staff on reception really helpful but you will need a translation app if you need to speak English but this was fine and wasn’t a problem, the staff in the cafe next door were really lovely and friendly. Great juices, just a few...

'Great location, rooms are high tech, clean and comfortable.'
