'Nice view, helpful and friendly staff'

'It was such a lovely stay and we enjoyed it so much. This hotel is in Lujia village which is not too far from Guilin city center. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. If you want to stay in peaceful place and get away from crowded and noisy city, this is the place for you. I love its decorations and style. Staffs are helpful and very nice. 'It's located in city downtown area which is very close like 5mins walk to night market street. Surrounded area has also many shops with historical facade. We stayed in private room there. Enough space and not noisy.'

'We had a great stay at the beautiful Yangshuo Scenic Mountain Retreat. Our room was nice and comfortable, although in the winter be warned that there is no heating! The wifi works quite well and there is always ginger tea available in the main lobby for guests. 'Absolute aanrader! Personeel spreekt goed Engels, is heel betrokken, behulpzaam, vrolijk en vriendelijk. Wij hebben nog nooit zulke goede service ervaren! Alles kan geregeld worden voor excursies etc. Eten is heerlijk en keuze is zeer uitgebreid. Kamer is prima. Klamboe aanwezig boven bed. Aparte badkamer.'

'Absolutely everything was amazing about this place. From the staff who were always friendly, smiling, courteous and always on hand to assist you. The food which was absolutely amazing and the afternoon tea is definitely worth hanging around for. 'The location is perfect, the hostel is cornered by the clearest lake and river, 5 minutes walk to the city center. I will stay here again when I visit Guilin next time.'

'To our surprise, no one in the hotel spoke English. We received no directions on how to get to the hotel or the address in Chinese despite having asked for it. When we arrived in Dazhai, I managed to get through to someone who spoke English and who said the hotel would send a car for us. 20 minutes later they called us that the car broke down and if we want to cancel the reservation it's OK...
