'The location was very convenient, close to a shopping mall and bus transport. It also had a very lovely lake view. The unit, however, was rather tired and needs an upgrade with very old fixtures and fittings.'

'Location was great for what we wanted. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment, which was a decent size. Looking out into a busy road was entertaining but, as expected, quite noisy at times. Walking distance to shops and great dining precinct was the overall win for us. Cleanliness could be improved as too tired furniture, including one of the beds, very worn carpet and a second fridge because one wasn’t fully working… I’m glad I got a good deal on price.'

'Great stay, the reception staff were amazing. Room was super spacious and clean and the beds were comfy. Didn’t notice much noise from outside which was great. I didn’t realise each tower has its own pool and one of the pools shown on the listing we didn’t get to use which was a shame and a tad misleading. Overall I would stay back at peppers.'

'there was rubbish (left over pizza in our bin) skid marks in the toilet. Hot water situation needs to be fixed either burning or cold. no in between. service was nice but overall a little bit upset with how the room was left for us when we arrived considering it's an Oaks'

'The apartment was spacious and very clean. Pool area was fantastic. The location was fantastic and super close to beach and shops/restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.'
