'Poutine at the bar was outstanding. Dinner not so good. We ordered Roast Beef, medium and medium rare. It was obvious the roast wasn’t a recent event as the underside was well done and the top side was approximate to our order. Obviously both pieces were reheated. Guess it worth asking when the roast took place. Day of the order or some time in the past'

The shopette had very reasonable prices and a huge selection of items for purchase. The hostel was very clean and well maintained. You could tell they put lots of thought into guest needs and comfort. I felt like I was stay at a family lodge. The outdoor area was beautiful. Showers were hot with great pressure. Couldn't recommend higher.'

'Clean & Affordable! Stayed off-season for hiking. Staff was great, room was clean. Good vibe & has a communal kitchen. Only downside bed was not the most comfortable ever, but overall a great experience. Will stay again when I go back to hike the 4000 footers'
