'I love Margaritaville hotels. I felt sorry for the staff. They were way understaffed especially considering it was the big players championship in town. There was a big lacrosse tournament. They had one girl at the front desk and she was working her tail off so shame on Management for allowing that the poor guy’s in ballet, you had to wait forever for your car because it was so busy it does affect your stay when you have to wait 45 minutes in line. 'No service offered at all. People are not friendly, pool is ugly. Had to debate at hotel lobby to get our room cleaned. In standard they only do it after your trip. Disappointed experience '

'I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who checked us in because he was wonderful! The property is undergoing some refurbs and updates - so there are some growing pains - but we were given a newly renovated room on a top floor and it was beautiful. And the property is in a perfect location to park the car and walk around all weekend. We would highly recommend!'

'Bathroom was disgusting. If we weren’t only staying one night we would have requested another room. Bathtub was stained and toilet was black in spots. This is unacceptable in a Marriott hotel, even lower tier.'

'We had a first floor with a patio walk out. You can’t see the beach (unless you’re up in their top foot rooms). There is sand dune in front of the beach. The hotel is attached to the Lemon Bar. '
