'The hotel was clean,fresh & modern looking with excellent facilities. Comfortable beds & pillows. Was a little bit too hot in room & you couldn't open the windows any further due to the restraint at the bottom of the window. Some sort of air conditioning or fan would be nice especially n the room during the hot summer days as it's difficult to get off to sleep in the heat.The staff are all helpful & very pleasant. 'Only stayed one night to go to a concert. Said check in from 3pm but when I arrived at 4pm room was not ready. No air-conditioning in room but it was big & beds looked clean but whole place is in need of decorating. Lift was out if order. Kettle in room but only two mugs for three people. Had to ask a couple of times to get an extra mug. Did not use bath or shower over bath as didn't look clean. Towels are provided but no toiletries. 'We stayed during the hottest May on record, and the AC system in the rooms was not operational as we were informed by the front desk, that this functionality is only switched on for summer. As the room windows only open a few inches, it made for a hot and uncomfortable few nights stay.'

'We stayed here for a night for a wedding reception. The shower wasn’t functioning properly and we could not close it completely. However, the worst part was it was full of mould. There was mould around the bath tub as well. The beds were ok. I would not stay here again.'

'The hotel is wonderful and also the staff is very very friendly!! One little remark, if you don’t take continental breakfast everything is 10£ more per portion… I mean, the rooms are not that cheap for Warrington, then an egg should be included in my opinion! '
