'A wonderfully restful stay overlooking the stunning Lake Toya. The views from the room were spectacular, and the peaceful surroundings made it easy to disconnect and recharge. The onsen experience was especially relaxing, complemented by attentive service by the staff and management and comfortable facilities. A great place to pause, enjoy nature, and appreciate the slower pace of Hokkaido. We left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Great bar but Only thing- dining options could be better. But...

'枕など汚れが目立つ事があった。 トイレットペーパーを支える器具が外れかかっていて壊れていた。すぐにフロントへ報告し対応は素早かったが、もう少し細かい点検はした方がいいと思います。'

Ideale plaats om naar het vuurwerk op Toya Lake te kijken vanuit het salon op de kamer of op de gezamenlijke ontsanningsruimte. Hier kan je meerdere dagen verblijven en van daaruit de buurt bezoeken. Aanrader eetcafé ‘Soup curry Gom Gom ‘ op een 15min rijden van het hotel. '

'This is a gem of a hotel. Located on the edge of the lake with an amazing view. The hotel has a genuine Japanese vibe. The rooms have baths with hot spring water. The hotel staff have variable english skills but they are very helpful. The nearby village has lots of great restaurants. 30 minute drive to Rusutsu.'

'The hotel is aged. It provides traditional Japanese hotel and onsen experience but the facilities are very aged and outdated. I had a hard time sleeping in the hotel because its quilt is only half covered. The hotel room was cold in the summer night but the heater did not work.'
