'The stay is like something our of a fairytale! You can see the views of the mountains, lake and the tori gates. The property is right by the water. It has the most up to date amenities! Including your own footbath out doors and a full private onsen that opens up to the views! 10/10 can not recommend this place enough! It was literally the most transformative part of our trip to Japan. '

'Overall is good but need to improve on check in process. Already done the pre-registration bug still need to key in the same information one by one for different person, snap a photo one by one, then continue by video call with customer service, very time consuming. The property itself is nice and great view direct facing the Fujisan. We enjoy the BBQ on the balcony and jacuzzi inside the villa. '

'I booked 3 days to stay in this property. We decided on the first day that it is not for us and refunded the last day. Cons: To start, the walk to the property is the furthest walk on the entire street practically only up hill walking. It is quite annoying to get anywhere if you want to leave the property. The laundry machine is broken and leaks everywhere, leading to badly washed clothes and a wet floor. The beds were wet before we entered the villa. We tried to sleep, but too moist to...

'Place was clean, quiet, and comfortable'

'Great location and only about a 5 minute walk from the train station. The 7-11 was only a 1 min walk and was a great place to get breakfast or snacks. The property was clean and the laundry machine is a very nice combined washer/dryer. '

'we would prefer to have been able to communicate with any staff or owner prior to getting there. the house was beautiful, complete kitchen. very clean. the rooms were enough for us. the living room was a plus, allowed us to talk and bond, better if there were two showers, one shower for a family of 9 was rather difficult.'

'Property was very comfortable. It's close to some onsens and public transport. The house is old and there are some damages, but other than that there were very little issues.'
