'全体的に良かったです。ただ、駐車場の場所を聞くのにカスタマーセンターに電話したところ、間違えた場所を教えられました。 その駐車場の管理者の方に伺ったところ、毎回間違えて教えているようで迷惑していると仰ってました。 実際は150mくらい離れていたのに、建物の隣りと説明を受けました。 そこだけ改善して頂ければ最高です。'

'Really great furnishings. We enjoyed the indoor onsen, which was already on for us at the right temperature when we arrived. The property has a manual in English which allowed us to understand how to operate all of the major appliances like the microwave oven and the washer / dryer. The check-in process was the most involved of any property we stayed in in Japan.'
