« The good part was the bed was comfortable. The other was. No second lock on the door, No kleenex, horrible lighting, light on desk was. 25wt bulb, KIDDIE sized toilet, no ice, no hair dryer, no hanger, towels were VERY thin and needed 2 to get dry, dirty floors. Glad I only needed one night to just sleep. The whole room needed a complete cleaning ceiling to floor. Opt out of this one unless you have no other choice. »

« Didn't have any complimentary breakfast. Place looked run down inside and out. Couldnt understand the desk worker. Beds were hard and tv didn't work. 100% don't recommend. »

« There is so much to say about Charlie’s cottage, it has something for everyone, games for the kids, beds galore, comfortable furniture, amazing views, pet friendly, lots of kitchen appliances, plenty of sheets and blankets, really everything you can wish for is there. The hosts are readily available with quick responses whenever we had a question. They also let us know when inclement weather was near the area so we wouldn’t be caught unawares. »

« Shower light didn't work, bathroom exhaust makes a lot of noise, one mattress the bed sunk in when sitting or laying on it, tv remote on/off button or volume buttons didn't work. Had to adjust volume or on/off on the tv itself, carpet by the bed was sticky so bare feet not recommended, ice machine on our floor did not work, hot tub was not functioning and was empty. When I booked it indicated there was a hot tub. Pool was available and water nice and warm, but unfortunately, the night we were...

« The hotel is nice enough. The room I had was nice, other than the ant colony by bathtub in the floor, and I did not have house keeping while I was there. Also, even thou I paid for breakfast with my reservation thru Expedia they apparently had no record and charged me anyways, even after I showed them my itinerary and stated they couldn't do anything about it till Monday. »

« A notre arrivée il n y avait plus de chambre non fumeur malgré la réservation non fumeur. Apres négociation on nous en a finalement trouvé une, mais c était pareil. Une odeur insoutenable dans la chambre délabrée. Lit propre . Petit déjeuner leger. »

« Room was fine until it rained and my window started not just leaking but water was pouring into the room. Staff moved me into a different room that had a similar problem as the first. Floor by the AC unit was damp the entire stay. No mention of any accommodation for getting moved into a “downgraded” room. Would only plan on staying here if the weather is going to be clear with no possibility of rain at all. Other than that, staff was nice and breakfast wasn’t bad. »
