'No shampoo.'

'Breakfast was “gone” or never even stocked except the same pan of sausage and eggs for the 3-hour duration or you could make waffles. No caffeinated coffee in the hotel - not in rooms, at breakfast, nowhere. The elevator had to be switched on for us to reach our room. The clerks carry on foreign language conversations on the phone while helping you. The pool was closed 3 of 4 days. The gym was closed every day for changing lights?? This place offers nothing besides a bed to sleep in....

'Clean room and excellent staff. Only reason not all 5 stars is because towel rack in bathroom was broken and body wash container in shower was empty. Would definitely stay there again. Convenient location! '

'Check in was easy, room was very clean and quiet. No USB ports and I forgot to get the wi-fi password. We were only there 12 hours and I would go there again. I loved that my car was right outside the door. Parking spaces are plenty wide. There is a fridge, coffee maker and microwave. Everything went just fine.'

'Appreciated staying in a facility that was up to date and modern. Only complaint we have is that the elevator took way too long to close the doors, even when the button was pushed to close the doors (it did not respond).'

'Room wasn’t clean, smelled weird, dead bugs in the room and alive ones as well. Staff was short and argumentative. Would’ve asked for a refund and found a new place to stay but cut my losses and stayed as to not start an argument with the person working the front desk. Pool visibly has a film on top of the water you can see from outside of the pool area. I didn’t even check out the free breakfast based on the condition off the room condition and seeing the pool. Overpriced for what I paid for.'

'Homewood Suites with a beautifully maintained Hotel. The grounds were lovely with a large patio and fountain. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was delicious. There was plenty of restaurants nearby that would fit all budgets.'

'Sadly, my wife made the discovery that the sheets in our bed were dirty sheets that even included blood spots on them. I’m not talking stained sheets, they literally were soiled with fresh blood spots. The guy at the front desk did change rooms for us but both rooms had a very musty smell. '

'Our room was absolutely disgusting stains on sheets and mattress and a dirty band aid let alone the floor not being vacuumed they refused to refund me which I’m still working on I have lots of pictures this is wrong and uncalled for we couldn’t stay there'

'I have only wonderful things to say about my stay. The room was large and very clean. The hallways were clean and quiet. Lots of parking. The staff was kind and helpful. The amenities are so impressive for the value. I only paid $110 for a night. That came with complimentary drinks in the bar! And free breakfast! Wow. And the breakfast was great. Also the bed was so comfortable, unlike most hotels. I will be back!'
