'When we arrived, there was ample parking available. We arrived around 7:30, the front desk agent was professional and helpful. She provided suggestions on places to eat and amenities that were available to us. The room was clean and spacious. The mini fridge, kurig coffee, microwave and mini sink were appreciated in our room. The bedding and towels were excellent quality and felt amazing after a day of hiking and outdoor exploration.'

'This was our second time staying at Caribou Highlands Lodge, and it was just as good as the first. We were in 122A this time, and it was the perfect size for our family of 5. We enjoyed both pools and the hot tub. The best part is the location is pretty central to all the stops and towns we like to frequent. We can't recommend this place enough!'

'We got emails from the property in the days leading up to our stay and were unable to open them, so we were thankful they still had our room when we got there. We asked for a room with a bed and sofa bed - the sofa bed was very comfortable, but they didn't leave appropriate bed clothes for it so we had to improvise a bit. Lovely room. Great kitchen. 'We really enjoyed our weekend here. Quiet and secluded, but still very close to Grand Marais. A path just outside accesses a whole network of trails, we hiked to Pincushion Mountain. And the SHT connects here as well if you want to go further. The furnishings are simple in a very nice way; a folding table with two folding chairs, an electric kettle and a mini fridge are great for morning coffee or simple meals. The only thing we would have changed would be trading the two twin beds for a single...
