'Nice hotel, close to the airport with excellent shuttle service. Overall excellent to good performance by the employees. Junior suite is huge and in good condition but outdated. Especially the bathroom need renovation and be updated. Toilet and shower in small bath is functional but inconvenient. '

'As far as we are concerned, a fine hotel. Clean, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and the hotel is in a safe neighbourhood. Also very nice and good restaurants less than 2 minutes' walk away! It is a bit further away from the city centre though.'

'The staff were very kind and helpful, especially Natalia, the reservations manager, who agreed to change my reservations (due to disruption of travel because of the coronavirus) even when hoteles.com would not change.The bed and pillows were extremely comforttable, which, I think, is the most important quality of a hotel. 'Fijn bed, nette kamer. maar voor de prijs had ik meer verwacht. Bureau niet aanwezig, niet mogelijk om even aan een tafel te werken. Koelkast niet koud. De douche was erg fijn, maar duurde laat op de avond erg lang voordat deze warm was. Soms niet eens heet maar pislauw. De afzuiger maakte een enorme herrie. Ontbijt correct, niet super uitgebreid.'
