Takes forever with no consideration to the fact that I was standing with a broken foot all that time... then she proceeds to assign us a second floor room with no elevator! The lack of common sense and empathy is just appalling. Needles to say I requested a room change and what was given to us felt like a PUNISHMENT. I am not...
