Kies je hotel in Clermont County

'Very well maintained old style hotel - I dis not appreciate the bartender who made me feel very unwelcomed going so far as having my meal provided to me in a bag when I never said I wanted it to take away - when the mistake was delivered, he did nothing to rectify nor apologize - he could have brought me a plate! - instead he hid. I have never been treated this badly and it was after I had paid and tipped -'

'superb.'

'Did not have warm water. After 1 minute cold water the entire room smelled like a sewer. The bath was also moving 1-2 cm. In the elevator there was the wetter of Jan-2026. We are now end of July. Did receive an other room but after the switch we left one adapter in the old room and we noties this and were able to have a look. The adapter was gone and the next day we requested of housekeeping had found if but unfortunately not. Old tired furniture, not worth Westin standard. Only positive things...

'the elevators were a bit annoying due to them being so small and multiple people having to use them. we found our selves waiting for a WHILE until an elevator had room for us BUT everything else was lovely'

'I was in town for a conference, which took place at the Graduate. My room was very clean, which means a lot to me. I asked for extra towels and a couple of other items and the gentleman who delivered them to my room was very professional and friendly. The staff at the bar in the lobby were also great!'

'This was a difficult one to give a poor review for because the staff was all phenomenal, helpful and friendly! However, though it appears some renovations or updates have been attempted, the hotel is run down and falling apart. The decor is tired and dirty (i.e. curtains in common spaces)., the furniture in the room was dirty, the bathroom was old and dirty feeling (and the toilet ran constantly, the sink controls were backwards, the tub drain was exposed and gross, the tp holder falling out...

'Breakfast was poor and water was not hot'

'The room was clean the area was quite I would stay here again'

'It was a good room but the steps to the upstairs room were uneven and in poor condition'

'It was a nice little cozy room for us to stay in. They made it sound like they had a good little breakfast eat and it was just a muffin and granola bar and some coffee and then hot water and oatmeal a minute sound like it had a nice little breakfast to eat and it wasn't that's what we did not like'

'It was ok ok. At this price it was fine.'
