'My overnight visit to Durham was great! Friendly staff, clean room & property, parking was easy. I didn’t have any breakfast, but the coffee was good. The breakast area was clean and well staffed'

'We stayed at this hotel twice on our way south and back. The first time was not good. The toilet was very low to the ground which was difficult for us as we are in our 80s. There was no handsoap at the sink so we had to reach across the tub to the body wash every time we needed to wash our hands. The second time we asked for an accessible room which solved the toilet problem and there was soap.'

'One advertisement said the hotel had a restaurant, which it did - but it was closed; all the advertisements showed a comfortable outdoor sitting area - it was in storage until after Memorial Day. Room was ok, but in need of updating…. All-in-all, I would say there are many other much better options at comparable rates that I would select on my next stop in Durham….'

'The room is not cleaned well, there was contact lens of last customer left in the night stand and I reached out to the customer service. They offered to change a room but I refused due to kids live in the next door. I repeatedly ask them to clean the room again and change all the sheets as this finding was very uncomfortable. All the answer I got was they did do the house cleaning and no apologies. In the second day, I found another lens next to the phone, which means they only removed the one I...
