It was late night and I tried to get a hold of the property but only was able to leave messages which they did not acknowledge. Since I could not make it to my reservation I wanted to see if in good faith they would at least give me a waiver since it was out of ny hands but they said no. 'Our stay was amazing! The check-in process was very easy, the house was clean and very accurate to the listing description. The community location was very private and quiet. The house has everything you need: extra linens, dish soap, laundry detergent, cleaner, pots + pans, cups, etc. The beach was right down the road, and the stay came with 6 complimentary passes to Boulder Lake Club. If you have more than 6 people for your stay, the additional passes are $25/day. There are so many fun games...
