The staff was lovely and very responsive and the breakfast spread was top notch and served in the most beautiful space. 'I was under the impression this was a hotel. It is not, the desk is not manned except for a few hours a day. You have to notify the staff of the time of your arrival and then have a code to get in the giant wooden front door. There is an elevator that will fit only 2 people with small luggage and it lets you off where you still have to go down a flight of stairs to get to the front door of the property. 'Echt een hidden gem! Mooi gedecoreerde kamers, zeer schoon. Aan alles is gedacht ok je verblijf comfortabel te maken. Vriendelijk personeel en een heerlijk vers ontbijt op de kamer. En midden in het historisch centrum, alles aan te lopen. We hebben echt genoten en raden dit hotel aan! 10 van 10!'
