'The interior of the room itself was clean and the family that runs the hotel was very nice and helpful however the walls are paper thin could hear the man next door on the phone all night, the hallways reeked like smoke and marijuana even tho our room was non smoking, there was no elevator and I had a bad knee and only room available was 2nd floor. High stairs was an issue but we made it after 3 nights. Just be aware of those issues. '

'Three hours away from home the hotel turned me and my family (a newborn and a toddler) away for a mishap on their part! Said we could just wait for an Unspecified amount of time and be late to our event and refused to simply put us in another room that was available stating it MUST be the one we booked that they didn’t have cleaned and ready. Refused a refund or any sort of compensation because we booked though hotels.com (they claimed it was Expedia) and not directly with the hotel. '

'We arrived and found 8 bags of garbage in kitchen all beds were u made and slept in. All trash cans were full and used towels and crumbs were left all around the house. The dock was breaking which was not shown on pictures. Horrible place. We refused to stay there and found a much nicer place to stay. '
